Mr. Carruthers previously served as Vice President, Alaska Pipelines, BP Canada Energy and prior to, as the Vice President, Strategic Development of TransCanada Pipelines Limited, a public oil and gas pipeline company.

Currently serves as President, Igloo Homes, prior to that Chief Financial Officer of Garneau Inc. for 8 years. Preceding Garneau, Mr. Deys held various positions at Winalta Housing.
