Clean Prime and Tape Machines

Our compact design, balanced engine position, coupled with the lowest possible center of gravity ensures stability and safety. Counter-rotating cleaning heads give maximum brush cleaning action over sags, bends and on both sides of the weld seam.

A constant and optimum cleaning head rotation speed with three forward travel speeds, used in combination with a stepless variable wrapping transmission (PIV or Variator), allow you to cover all possible pipe and terrain conditions.

  • All standard models are equipped with a balancing guide (Stinger) to assure safe operation when travelling on the pipe.
  • Cleaning heads on all models are equipped with cup brushes.
  • Models GCPT 6-12 through GCPT 26-30 are equipped with "Quick Change" cleaning heads. This permits rapid pipe size changes within the machine range.
  • Models GCPT 6-12 through GCPT 26-30 are equipped with a "Gravity Prime" system with spinning rug application as standard.
