ULTRAFOAM-FBE
ULTRAFOAM - FBE is a spray applied polyurethane foam insulation system designed to provide excellent thermal insulation and corrosion protection. Used predominantly for sour gas, or heavy oil, ULTRAFOAM - FBE consists of a corrosion barrier coating sprayed with a polyurethane foam for thermal insulation which is then over-coated with a UV resistant polyethylene jacket for mechanical protection.
Product Features
- Recommended for operating temperatures from -40°C up to 110°C.
- Available in lower operating temperatures with a lesser FBE thickness.
- Bendable in the field.
- Polyurethane foam can be applied at thicknesses from 25.4 mm (1") to 76.2 mm (3").
- Developed for thermal insulation and corrosion protection.
