- Polyurethane Foam Three Layer Polyethylene External Pipe Insulation System

ULTRAFOAM – III – SE is a spray applied polyurethane foam insulation system designed to provide excellent thermal insulation and corrosion protection. Used predominantly for sour gas, or heavy oil, ULTRAFOAM – III – SE consists of a corrosion barrier coating sprayed with a polyurethane foam for thermal insulation which is then over-coated with a UV resistant polyethylene jacket for mechanical protection.

Product Features

  • Recommended for service conditions between -40°C and 85°C. Available in a 95°C version.
  • Polyurethane can be applied at thicknesses from 25.4 mm (1") to 76.2 mm (3").
  • Bendable in the field.
